1. Where We Deliver

We deliver orders across Pakistan through available courier services.

Delivery availability may depend on your location and the courier service available in your area.

2. Delivery Time

Most orders are normally delivered within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer because of:

• Remote locations
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Weather problems
• Events outside our control

3. Order Confirmation

Some orders may be confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch.

Please provide the correct phone number and delivery address when placing your order.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may depend on the order, product, delivery location or any active offer.

Any delivery charge will be shown during checkout or communicated before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, it may be shared after your order has been dispatched.

Courier tracking may sometimes take time to update.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the address or phone number was incorrect, or the parcel was repeatedly refused, another delivery charge may apply if the order is sent again.

7. Damaged Parcel

If the parcel looks badly damaged when it arrives, please take photos or a video before opening it where possible.

If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
