1. Available Payment Methods
Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.
Depending on availability, these may include:
- Cash on Delivery
- Debit or credit card
- PayPak
- Supported mobile wallets
- Other payment methods added in the future
2. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders across Pakistan.
The full amount must be paid when the parcel is delivered.
3. Online Payments
Where online payment is available, payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider.
4. Failed Payments
If an online payment fails, you may try again or use another available payment method.
An order requiring advance payment may not be processed until payment is confirmed.
5. Pricing Errors
If an obvious pricing or technical error appears on the website, we may contact you before processing the order.
An order affected by an incorrect displayed price may be cancelled.
6. Payment Confirmation
Successful online orders may receive confirmation through the website or email.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is completed when the parcel is delivered.
