Order Cancellation Policy
When an order can be cancelled and what happens after dispatch.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number.
2. After Dispatch
Once the order has been handed to the courier, normal cancellation may no longer be possible.
If there is a genuine problem, contact us and we will explain the available options.
3. Cancellation by MyStethoscope.pk
We may cancel an order if:
- The product becomes unavailable
- A pricing or website error occurred
- Payment could not be confirmed
- Delivery information is incomplete
- The customer cannot be reached when confirmation is required
- The order appears fake or fraudulent
4. Paid Orders
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
5. Repeated Refused Orders
Repeated fake orders or repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery parcels may lead to restrictions on future orders.
